Concert Photos: The Schizophonics At Whammy In Auckland
Last night, The Schizophonics performed their first Auckland show at the beloved underground venue, Whammy Bar to a packed and frantic audience overtaken by the sheer energy and force from the San Diego fuzz-rock band.

The Schizophonics
The Schizophonics is made up of Pat Beers (vocals and guitar), his wife Lety Beers (drums) and Blake Lindquist (bass).

Pat Beers
Watching Pat Beers move on stage was like chasing a whirlwind of crashing sound and unpredictable motion. Past comparisons of his moves to a mix of Jimi Hendrix and James Brown is spot on but still a wonder to see in true form on a live stage.

Lety Beers
Lety Beers kept up the beat which became the anchor point for Pat to hurl himself (and guitar) all around the small space.
Reuben Raj aka SomeBizarreMonkey was at the show to capture some of the highlights on camera.
