Criss Cross For Red Cross & Local NZ Talent

Radio13

Criss Cross is a very special benefit event on the 14th of March at the Tuning Fork in New Zealand, showcasing some of the most exciting up and coming talent from Auckland.

Whilst the event does have the intention of raising money and profile for the Red Cross, of equal importance is to support emerging artists, giving them a platform to showcase their new music and continue to feed a healthy environment for young Kiwi talent in Auckland.

The night itself is a showcase of homegrown artists that you’ll likely be spying on the Laneways lineup in the next few years, we’re excited to announce that NAVVY, Wells*, Lucky Boy^ and Harper Finn will we gracing the stage with their brand new wave pop-y tunes.

What you can expect to hear are the honeyed vocals of NAVVY, unapologetically optimistic and ambitious, equal parts honest, intoxicating and bubbly. Wells* brings us catchy pop melodies set into slick, layered electronic production. Harper Finn has a sweetness cut with a seriousness that allows him to explore harmony, melody, and words without irony or detachment. Finally, Lucky Boy^ is a project born from creativity, trading perfectionism for innovation, hitting us with some psychedelic pop-y goodness.
