Moor Mother's Contributions to Sub Pop Singles Club
Last month, Radio 13 jazz guru John Fenton shared an opinion piece about 'jazz from the edge'. In his article, John introduces the powerful music of Jamie Branch, Ambrose Akinmusire and Camae Ayewa aka Moor Mother for her work with free-jazz collective Irreversible Entanglements.

Recently, Moor Mother has shared her new body of music titled Forever Industries on Sub Pop. The songs speak about the temporal domain known as the future, making space, outer space, and industry.
The new release is divided into two parts: "Forever Industries A" is produced by Olof Melander and "Forever Industries B" is produced by Mental Jewelry. Both tracks were recorded by Moor Mother in her home studio in North Philadelphia.
Proceeds from the Melander track featuring Sham-e-Ali Nayeem will go to women against abuse.
