NZ's Own Sophie Mashlan To Support Boyce Avenue In Auckland

Radio13

Pop-rock trio Boyce Avenue have announced Sophie Mashlan as the support for their show at the Powerstation in Auckland on February 5.

Sophie is still a fresh face in the New Zealand music scene but the 19-year-old has been rapidly gaining attention for her enchanting performances and evocative songs. Primarily taking influence from the folk genre, she is forging her own sound, with a mixture of elements from pop, country and alternative. Her debut single Let You Down received wide praise, including a feature on Apple Music's 'Best of the Week' and led to her inclusion on YouTube Music's 'Artists To Watch in 2019'. Her debut album is set to be released in April this year.

Boyce Avenue return to New Zealand after five years bringing their rousing blend of popular acoustic covers and original songs to Auckland’s Powerstation on Tuesday, February 5.
