Welcome To Nowhere Festival In North Island NZ

The Wellington based Eyegum Music Collective are excited to announce more details about their upcoming Welcome to Nowhere festival, set to excite over the weekend of Jan 12-13 at a secret location near Whanganui.

Eyegum is happy to announce that Slumbug, Bat Face Girl, Mr Amish, Hybrid Rose, Josh B and DJ Panda are also joining the lineup.

Alongside the bands playing, Eyegum has pulled together a lineup of some of the most exciting up and coming poets in the country, breaking up the standard summer festival band framework to host a lineup including:

Not being content with providing a strong lineup of poetry and bands, Eyegum is happy to announce a collaboration with Mouthfull Productions.

Mouthfull will curate a space where one is fully brought into the present moment. Engaging the five senses while being immersed in art, hearing the sounds of summer and the faint beat of the stage - Mouthfull will transition festival goers from ‘doing’ to ‘being’ through a multi-media experience.

In a neighbouring tent will be Single Ply Co.'s performance art, as well as another main hub of art where various prints, originals, zines, stickers, merch and more will be exhibited and sold. This art space is curated and comprised of many brilliant NZ creators excited to share their work.

A limited number of $99 Early bird tickets remain at available at eyegum.org.

Once Early-Bird tickets are sold out, General Admission tickets will be available for $119.
